- Lobster/ shrimp 6 pcs
- Lettuce
- Capsicum/green papper 1 pcs
- Tomato 1 pcs
- Curd 2 table spoon
- Lemon sauce 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Sugar as per taste
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Cassia leaf as required.
Methods/steps
- Boil the lobster with water, chili powder cassia leaf and salt.
- Cut the lobster (or if shrimp no need to cut) into small pieces.
- Make syrup with curd, lemon sauce, sugar, honey, and salt.
- Mix the lobster pieces with the syrup and serve.
