- Mola fish 200 gm
- Flour 4 tea spoon
- Corn flour 50 gm
- Egg (only yolk) 1
- Chili powder 1 tea spoon
- Salt
- Water 1 table spoon or as required
- Oil
Methods/steps
- Take the fish without head, chili powder, salt, flour, corn flour, water, yolk and mix them properly.
- Make slightly flat like shape ball with this mixture.
- Fry the balls in sinking oil.
- After becoming brown serve the peyaju of small fish.

You can make Fish payaju with different fish for different test experiences.
